Tollhouse Pie


  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 nine inch unbaked pie shell

Preheat 325. Beat eggs and vanilla in large bowl until foamy. Add flour and sugars and beat until well blended. Add butter and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter in pie shell evenly. Bake for an hour or until golden brown on top.
